Immunotherapy

Consider inoculation, how no

one even imagined it until Cotton

Mather (of all people!) guessed that lowly

cowpox might ward off smallpox. Or penicillin

(the miracle of mold!) — so

unexpected before Fleming. Or when

Röntgen saw his ghostly bones. Morse taught

the world to talk through wires (genius again!) —

even he was amazed. What hath God wrought?
